Fire Cleansing Ritual.

This is by far my favourite cleansing ritual, but it does take up a bit of time, and is not to be rushed.


The night before the New Moon write on flash cards what you need to be cleansed in your life, may it be negative energy, stress or worry (make sure to be specific).


Meditate on each item as you list them, making sure not to mix in anything else with it.

On the night of the New Moon, find spot that you like out in nature, and get a fire on the go. Be sure to keep your fire small as you will need to wait for it to burn out for safety reasons as well as for part of the ritual.


Draw a circle of protection around your fire placing incense in the directions of North South East and West.


Sit in front of the fire meditating, picturing in your mind an orb above you, full of bright, white, positive light and one behind you that is empty. When you are ready place the first item you want to cleanse from your life in the fire, and with each breath in, draw the light from the orb into your body, and expel what was written down into the empty orb with each exhale. Do the same with each item.


Once you have done this with each item banish the orb behind you, and meditate while watching the fire slowly burn out.


Once the fire has totally burnt out ground yourself (this is essential).


Then close the circle.
